26-year-old woman underwent initial breast augmentation in another state with saline implants that were placed too high. Dr. Rapaport removed the original implants and replaced them with new saline breast implants in a new position for a more natural and aesthetically pleasing form.

25-year-old woman shown before and after breast implant revision. Specifically, she wished for an enlargement of a prior augmentation (which was acquired elsewhere). Note the better placement of the new implants, as can be best observed by referencing the nipple positions.

28-year-old woman presented with synmastia, a condition in which breast implants are too close together in the middle of the chest, creating a very unnatural and disturbing appearance. She is shown at right three months after correction via an areola approach.

32 year old female seen 1 year and a half after breast augmentation elsewhere. Patient complained of her implants being too high and her breast appearing unnatural out of clothing. Replace 175cc implants with 325 cc breast implants Photos to the right are one week postop.

This 42 year old woman has undergone breast augmentation elsewhere via the belly button (TUBA). She is shown at right 3 years after Dr. Rapaport revised her breasts with adjustment of her folds and implant positions Note the improved symmetry protection and preservation of her cleavage which prior to surgery was on the verge of synmastia.
